You can also blend in a vacuum
With a vacuum pump on top of the blender jug, you can extract excess air. Vacuum blending provides better taste, fewer air bubbles, less oxidation, more vibrant color, a more delicious texture, and increased shelf life. The vacuum pump is not included but must be purchased separately.
