The well-known Barista Touch™ Impress from Sage has been upgraded with new software and Cold Extraction Technology™. The new Barista Touch™ Impress Cold brews Cold Brew in under 3 minutes and Cold Espresso in under 2 minutes – without compromising on taste.
The technology precisely adjusts temperature, pressure and flow to deliver cold coffee beverages with a rich, balanced flavour – perfect as a base for iced coffee, frappé or other summer favourites.
All the functions you know – and more
The intuitive touchscreen guides you step-by-step through 14 pre-set drinks – from classic hot favourites like espresso, latte and cappuccino to cold specialities such as Cold Brew, Cold Espresso and Latte Shakerato.
Precision made simple
The Impress™ Puck System ensures precise dosing and assisted tamping with 10 kg of pressure in the portafilter, combined with a professional barista twist of 7 degrees for a perfectly even surface every time. The grinder memory automatically adjusts the dose based on the previous brew, while the integrated Baratza™ conical burr grinder offers 30 grind settings for fine-tuning to taste.
For milk-based drinks, Auto MilQ™ automatically adjusts both temperature and texture for dairy milk as well as plant-based alternatives – whether the drink is hot or cold.

The Barista Touch™ Impress Cold will be available from September 1, 2025, at are commended retail price of EUR 1.349, -
The model is launched in four colours: Black Steel, Black Truffle, Brushed Stainless Steel, and Almond – so you can find the look that suits your kitchen.
