Dual Boiler Heating System – brew and steam simultaneously
The Oracle™ Dual Boiler features a triple heating system with two independent boilers and a heated brew head. The benefit of a dual boiler is clear: you can brew espresso and texture milk at the same time. The built-in PID control ensures precise brewing temperature, while a dedicated boiler delivers stable heat and power for milk steaming.
Auto or Manual Mode – choose your coffee experience
The Oracle™ Dual Boiler is the first Sage machine where you can freely choose: Should the machine do the work for you, or would you rather brew like a barista?
Auto Mode – “Make it for me”: Swipe through the new drink menu and enjoy full automation at every step – from grinding to brewing.
Manual Mode – “Make it myself”: Take control and brew like a barista. Adjust the grind, dose, pre-infusion and extraction – exactly the way you want it
With the Oracle™ Dual Boiler, you decide whether you want simplicity or full control – and you can switch between the two with a single swipe.
Electronic Grind Adjust & Auto Dial-In System – the grinder that thinks for you
With the Oracle™ Dual Boiler, there’s no need to turn knobs endlessly to hit the right grind size.
Electronic Grind Adjust lets you control grind size directly on the touchscreen.
Auto Dial-In System takes it further: the machine monitors extraction via a pressure sensor and automatically – and silently – adjusts the grind size for the next shot.
This means the grinder adapts by itself when you select among the 16 pre-set coffee styles – from espresso to flat white.
Quad Core processor and 5.7” HD touchscreen
A powerful Quad Core CPU delivers four times the performance of the previous Oracle™ Touch, ensuring optimal brewing capacity and full control.
The new 5.7” HD touchscreen presents all functions with high contrast, sharp animations, and intuitive navigation. This is where Barista Guidance comes to life: animations guide you step by step through the entire process – from first brew to cleaning – so you always have a barista by your side.
WiFi and Sage+ Coffee App
The Oracle™ Dual Boiler is WiFi-enabled and can be continuously updated with new software. Through the new Sage+ Coffee app, users can, for example, start the heating process remotely – so the machine is ready when they are.
Design and technical specifications
The Oracle™ Dual Boiler is part of the Sage LUXE series and is available in Silver and Black Truffle. It comes equipped with a professional 58 mm stainless-steel portafilter, integrated Baratza® European Precision Burrs with 45 settings, PID temperature control, a large 2.3 L water tank, and an improved descaling system.
Auto MilQ™ – hands-free milk texturing
As an added highlight, the Oracle™ Dual Boiler features Sage’s most advanced Auto MilQ™ function. It delivers silky microfoam with settings optimised for dairy, soy, almond, and oat – with adjustable temperature (40–75 °C) and nine texture levels.
