Fisher & Paykel Appliances has achieved significant international recognition at the Red Dot Design Award 2025, where the brand was honored with awards for a total of six products – including Red Dot’s most exclusive distinction, “Red Dot – Best of the Best”. This achievement reflects an uncompromising focus on design, quality, and products created to function naturally in everyday life.
A Renowned Mark of Quality
The Red Dot Awards are regarded as among the world’s most prestigious design awards and serve as an international seal of quality for outstanding design and innovation. The award celebrates products that put people at the center and successfully unite aesthetics, functionality, and responsibility at an exceptional level. Receiving a Red Dot Award is therefore not merely recognition of form, but of a thoroughly considered product as a whole.
‘Red Dot – Best of the Best’ for Two Design Icons
In 2025, Red Dot’s distinguished international jury awarded Fisher & Paykel “Red Dot – Best of the Best” for two of the brand’s most exclusive kitchen solutions:
- 60 cm Series 11 Minimal Combi-Steam Oven
- 91 cm Series 11 Integrated Refrigerator Freezer
Both products are designed to integrate seamlessly into the modern kitchen, combining a refined and thoughtful design with features that make everyday life more intuitive and enjoyable.
2025 also marks the first year in which Red Dot has applied a more in-depth evaluation of submitted products. With a maximum score of 100 points, Fisher & Paykel achieved 96 points for the oven and a full 100 points for there frigerator-freezer – a rare and outstanding recognition that clearly underlines the exceptional level of design and quality.
Six Awards – One Unified Achievement
In addition to the top distinction, four further Fisher & Paykel products were honored at this year’s award ceremony, meaning that every submitted product received an award. The additional award winners are:
- Integrated Wine Cabinet & Beverage Centre
- 60 cm Series 9 Integrated Triple Zone Refrigerator
- Modular Cooktop System
- Fabric Care Solution – 60 cm Fabric Care Cabinet, Heat Pump Dryer and Front Load Washer*
* Not part of the current Nordic assortment. The solution is expected to be launched in Europe at a later date.

An Award with Global Impact
The Red Dot Award: Product Design is one of the world’s most prestigious design competitions and has, since 1955, recognised products distinguished by exceptionally high design quality. The awards are judged by an independent jury that evaluates the overall product experience – from functionality and usability to aesthetics and responsibility.
In 2025, the jury consists of 43 experts from 21 countries, and entries from more than 60 countries were carefully reviewed and discussed before this year’s winners were selected.
