Layer-by-layer: Function and design
The patented construction of tex–lock bike locks is completely unique. Each textile layer fulfills a very specific function that protects against attacks with bolt cutters, fire, or saws. The balance between the use of materials and practical requirements is perfectly tuned and thoroughly tested.
- Bolt cutters Special high-tech fibers protect against tools such as bolt cutters.
- Saws tex–lock 2.0 has a metal core that is extra resistant to saws.
- Fire The coating protects against the effects of fire and flames.
- Scratches The soft outer layer protects lacquer and paint from scratches.
tex–lock eyelet
The two eyelets in different sizes allow you to create a loop that lets you make maximum use of the length. The soft textile surface and the coated eyelets prevent rattling and damage to lacquer and paint. To lock the chain on the tex–lock eyelet, the U-lock or X-lock is the optimal combination of security and compact design.
tex–lock eyelet is available in three sizes: S (80 cm), M (120 cm), and L (160 cm), in four colors: Black, Grey, Gold, and Orange, as well as in a U-lock or X-lock version.

tex–lock mate
tex–lock mate is equipped with a pin at the other end of the rope that fits into standard bike locks. With a length of 120 cm, it is incredibly versatile and a real alternative to the rattling and unwieldy steel chains.
You wrap the chain around a fixed object, pull the pin through the eyelet, and insert it into the bike lock. Your bike is now secured with two locks at once.
