Following the launch of MaraX3, LELIT takes the next step with the introduction of Elizabeth3 and Victoria3 – two new espresso machines featuring the patented Pagaia system, Italian design and exclusive wood details. Brewing the perfect espresso is about more than just good coffee beans. Temperature, pressure and flow all help shape the result in the cup – and with the new Elizabeth3 and Victoria3, LELIT gives home baristas the ability to influence the brewing process as it happens.
Pagaia – brew espresso your way
Pagaia is LELIT’s patented flow control system – and “Pagaia”, Italian for paddle, puts control right at the home barista’s fingertips via a small dial. Pressure and water flow can be adjusted during brewing, allowing the user to shape the flavour in the cup.
This makes it possible, for example, to bring out sweetness and fruity notes in a light roast or create greater body and depth in a darker roast. The result is professional barista control – right in your own kitchen.
Italian design you can see and feel
Elizabeth3 and Victoria3 combine the new technology with LELIT’s latest design language, where genuine wood adds warmth and exclusivity to the sleek aesthetic. Wood details feature on the control knobs, portafilter and tamper as well as the raised feet, while the new diamond-patterned grip completes the distinctive LELIT look.
Both models are available in brushed stainless steel, white and black. The stainless-steel version is paired with smoked oak, while the white and black models feature zebrano wood details.
When the craving for coffee strikes, there is little waiting around: both machines heat up in under nine minutes. Discreet LED lighting provides a clear view of the brewing area, while the flexible steam wand gives you freedom when working with milk.
Elizabeth3 – for the home barista who wants it all
Elizabeth3 sits at the top of LELIT’s range for home use and combines Pagaia with a dual boiler system. Separate boilers for coffee and steam make it possible to brew espresso and steam milk without having to wait for the machine to switch between the two functions.
This makes Elizabeth3 ideal for coffee enthusiasts looking for high performance and maximum flexibility – whether brewing espresso or steaming milk.
Victoria3 – barista control in a more compact format
Victoria3 is built around a single boiler and, at just 27 cm wide, is the more compact of the two new models. This makes it ideal for coffee enthusiasts looking for high quality in a smaller footprint – without giving up the ability to put their own stamp on their espresso.
