LELIT’s iconic MaraX, long a favourite among home baristas, has now undergone a major upgrade.
When LELIT evolves one of its most popular espresso machines, it does not settle for small adjustments. With the launch of MaraX3, the brand introduces a comprehensive technical and design upgrade of the acclaimed MaraX – bringing features from the professional segment directly into the home.
Pagaia – shaping the perfect espresso, one brew at a time
The most significant innovation is the new Pagaia flow control system – a feature typically reserved for machines in a much higher price category. “Pagaia” is Italian for paddle and offers full, hands-on control during extraction.
Pagaia electronically regulates pump output and adjusts water flow from the pump to the group head – turn clockwise for more pressure, counter-clockwise for less. Pressure variations can be monitored live on the machine’s new dual manometer.
This allows baristas to enhance sweetness and clarity in lighter roasts, build greater body in darker profiles, and precisely replicate successful brew recipes – shot after shot. In short: professional-level control, right in the kitchen.
1,800 W power and ready in around 15 minutes
The boiler has been upgraded from copper to stainless steel, and output increased from 1,280 W to 1,800 W. Warm-up time is reduced from up to 24 minutes to approximately 15 minutes, delivering faster temperature stability and more efficient brewing performance.
When Italian design meets professional espresso
MaraX3 marks the first chapter in LELIT’s new design era, Wave 1, developed in collaboration with the renowned Italian design studio Design Group Italia.
Iconic wooden knobs and portafilter handles in smoked oak or zebrano wood are paired with elegant elevated wooden feet, adding warmth, character and a refined visual lightness that makes MaraX3 a true centrepiece in the kitchen.
The range is available in brushed stainless steel, white and black – all finished with carefully crafted wooden details where ergonomics and aesthetics are refined down to the smallest nuance.
Meet Steve – the grinder designed to match
Alongside MaraX3, LELIT introduces the Steve PM20 coffee grinder – a new generation of grinders developed with a strong focus on espresso precision.
Featuring 64 mm flat steel burrs developed in collaboration with Keber and a finer micro-adjustment system (step 1.0 compared to the previous 1.5), Steve delivers significantly greater control in the espresso range.
The result is improved precision, easier fine-tuning and more consistent grind performance. Steve is available in brushed stainless steel, polished stainless steel, black, white and gold – perfectly aligned with the design language of the MaraX3 series.
