Ready for an extraordinary dining experience?

Witt has created the framework, handpicked the staff, thoroughly renovated the beautiful dome, and is now ready to open 'Restaurant Domain' as the spearhead of their food concept.

Surrounded by grass and trees lies the hemispherical building that houses Restaurant domæne. Built with raw, sustainable wood and featuring windows on multiple levels. A spiral staircase connects the ground floor restaurant with the smaller, floating first floor, which is designed as a lounge. It is indisputable that the dome is a very special building, suitable for a special experience. Because that's what it's all about here. A dining experience. A holistic experience.

Witt has brought in solid forces to run the new gourmet restaurant. Head chef Jens Vincent and restaurant manager Joakim Thomassen both come from the top gastronomic world. Jens and Joakim have themselves been involved in handpicking the rest of the staff, which includes a dessert chef.

When you step inside the dome, you will experience an elegant and sophisticated universe with a focus on taste and quality. The concept is two large menus with the serving of small, elegant dishes. Sublime flavors in a modern, Nordic, aesthetic universe. Good ingredients and good craftsmanship are in focus, but with room for both humor and personality, so you as a guest can relax and enjoy the whole.

The two menus are both full evening experiences. One is called 'Our domain' and consists of about 14 dishes that together give the full impression of the kitchen's abilities. Luxurious ingredients handled with respect and confidence. Timeless flavors in elegant interpretation with the season's touch. The dishes are created with a flavor intensity that is true to the ingredients they are made from and which, besides being tasty, also have a beauty that is taken in with the eye.

The other menu is called 'Our foundation' and consists of about 8 dishes, which provide a comprehensive insight into the kitchen's style, which is built on a solid foundation of traditional flavors and takes them into the modern Danish kitchen. The most important ingredients come from the Jutland soil and the Danish waters. A balanced composition of the most stylish servings from 'Our domain'.

The restaurant will be open Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays and will have extended opening hours in connection with fairs at MCH, and the restaurant can also be booked for private events. The first opening day is Thursday, May 19.
