IT Supporter

Our IT infrastructure team covers a wide range of areas – including IT security, networking, user support, access control, server operations, telephony, reporting tools, and intelligent electricity management. We have a strong "do-it-yourself" spirit and handle most things ourselves – this requires curiosity and a willingness to dive into new systems and contexts.

Your tasks:

• Support approximately 200 colleagues – in both Danish and English, as we are a global company
• Take responsibility for smaller IT projects, ensuring both technical and organizational oversight
• Daily tasks such as user administration, IT equipment procurement, vendor communication, and system troubleshooting
• Setup and support for tablets, smartphones, computers, and printers
• Automate and optimize repetitive tasks
• Contribute to keeping our IT platform secure and stable

It’s an advantage if you already have experience with some of the systems we work with:

We work with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, DNS, GPO, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and support tools. We also work with networking, IT security, automation (e.g., PowerShell), documentation, and system integrations. If you’re familiar with SQL Server and reporting tools, that’s an extra plus – but the most important thing is your willingness to learn.

We don’t expect you to know everything from day one. If you have the drive and motivation, we’ll provide thorough training and solid support along the way. So, if you’re newly graduated with a relevant IT education, you are more than welcome to apply.
