§ 1. Ordering

There can be ordered gods / services at Witt Ltd. via www.witt-ltd.com.

All contracts are entered into Danish and all prices quoted are incl. VAT.

All prices are daily prices and cannot be guaranteed in the future. The terms and conditions apply to Witt UK & Ireland Ltd., including www.witt-ltd.com.

§ 2. Payment

We offer payment by debit card (Dankort, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and JCB)and prepaid bank transfer. Note: When paying by bank transfer you are not subject to the opposition scheme and are charged a fee of GBP 4.00.

It is always free of charge to pay with a debit card, and a larger amount can never be deduced than you approved for during the purchase. Payment will only be withdrawn once the item is shipped. If there are charges for alternative forms of payment, this is clearly indicated.

Data that you send to Witt UK & Ireland Ltd. in connection with purchases paid by debit card is encrypted (SSL) and thus only the provider can read them. Neither Witt UK & Ireland Ltd. nor anyone else has the opportunity to read your personal payment information

§ 3. Delivery

All orders over GBP 65.00 are delivered free of charge. For orders under GBP 65.00 a shipping fee of GBP 10.00 incl. VAT. GLS is used primarily as a carrier.

Should there be any errors or omissions in an order sent from us, please contact us without delay and within 7 days of receiving the order. Therefore, remember to check the content immediately upon receipt of the order.

In case of visible cargo damage, the carrier must be notified of the damage and must be noted on the shipping letter before receipt of receipt. In case of cargo damage, please document visible damage to the packaging in the form of pictures, as this required as documentation.

Reservation is made for errors in inventory. You will be contacted as soon as possible if the delivery time is longer than promised.

§ 4. Warranty

Private consumers have 2 years of right of complaint about errors that existed at the time of purchase. In case of a legitimate complaint, you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

When exercising your right of complaint, please fill out our online form: service.witt.dk. This is done for the quickest possible treatment of the service case. You can also send the item directly to us with a thorough description of the error or defect. Contact us about an easy return. We recommend filling out the service form as the case processing time is faster.

Business customers: For business customers, there is a 6-month right of complaint from ordering. Business customers include privet companies, public institutions, associations, foundations, and self-governing institutions. The right of complaint may laps if the goods are used for business purposes.

§ 5. Cancellation

You have 14 days to cancel your purchase via websites. You must give written notice that you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal and return the item in the original condition within 14 days. You pay the return freight yourself. If the item does not appear in its original condition, the impairment will be deducted on payment of the purchase price. Foods, including coffee and tea, are not covered by the right of withdrawal, as we cannot guarantee quality and durability if the product has been sold and shipped. Business customers: For business customers, there is no right of withdrawal unless otherwise agreed in wrighting. Business customers include private companies, public institution, associations, foundations, and self-governing institutions.

§ 6. Conclusion of the agreement

You must accept the terms of sale and delivery with each purchase. You are encouraged to read the terms carefully. Purchase agreements with children and adolescents under the age of 18 can only be entered into by parents or others who can legally act on behalf of the child or young person.

§ 7. Privacy Policy

In order to enter into an agreement with Witt UK & Ireland Ltd., you must register with the following personal information: name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and purchase history. We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.

The personal data is registered with Witt UK & Ireland Ltd. and stored for 5 years, after which the information is deleted. We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted. We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.
